Equity

Iowans have a proud heritage of community care; neighbors rallying in support of others in need. A deeper look, however, reveals systemic inequities in wealth, land access, healthy food, and health care  for Iowans.  The Iowa Food System Coalition is committed to advocating for a food system that is centered on equity and builds intercultural solidarity and food justice.
